we kindly like to request you not to copy and paste from any Word Application while submitting your abstract text, references and abstract title. This is because all the formatting information (especially XML Commands) will also be copied, unfortunatley resulting in incorrect data storage.

However, if you want to copy and paste, please copy and paste your text into a flat text editor (e.g. Notepad) first prior to submitting.
